Hello, 3 weeks ago I started to germinate seeds of Drosera spatulata until now nothing has germinated are around 60 seeds.

I have the seeds in four differents containers, one of these is a wet napkin

I show you the photos, the "A" is the container closed, the "B" is inside the container

Not a drosera expert by any means but looks to moist.

Try to be patient. Every Drosera species I've attempted to germinate seeds for has taken about a month to show any signs of life.

Chill out! My burmannii took a month to germinate in the middle of the summer, so I wouldn't worry. There's always a chance you messed something up or that the seeds weren't viable, but I wouldn't start worrying about that only three weeks in.

Today reviewing the containers I see that one is germinating



But I don't Know that type of plant is, this container has seeds of Dionaea and Drosera Spatulata.

To be honest it doesn't look like a vft or a sundew. Might be a weed? I could be wrong but only time will tell

I have purchased the seeds to a store specialized in carnivorous plants in my city.

I'll Keep on waiting, when the plant grow up I'll update this post whith photos

It took at least 3 weeks for my D. capensis to emerge. They were slow to start, but after that, they did quite well.

Be patient!

The seeds of Drosera Spatulata have begun to germinate
