I recently purchased some Venus flytraps online and one of the traps came fed but it turned completely black so I trimmed the plant that turned black, I'm not sure if my other traps are okay or if they're just going through a dormancy stage. Please help. Thanks! Image

Your plant looks healthy, it may be dormancy.

Yes the seller did give me some info but I'm getting a little worried about them, I'm not sure how often I should water them.

Keep the substrate moist, but not wet damp. You will learn how to water them, but it takes some time.
I recommend reading some articles on http://www.flytrapcare.com/

Sorry, I wrote wet instead of damp. I was probably already thinking about something else
