Hey everyone!

Just wondering if it would be wise to move my potted sarracenia into my unheated garage when temperatures drop below freezing. Would they be fine with the light? Would the temperature be fine? Sorry if any of these are completely noobish questions, I just don't have much experience with non-tropical carnivores. Thanks in advance!

Yeah, sure, they'd be fine taking shelter in the garage for a little while when temperatures drop below freezing. Unlike flytraps, Sarracenia don't really put out any new leafy growth during dormancy. So they could probably over winter in a low-light garage without any issues. But once it's time to break dormancy, they'll need a lot of light.
