Some pics of my sarracenias. My sarracenias have been catching a ton of bugs lately. It's so much fun looking down into the tubes and seeing the different bugs they catch. I found this butterfly hanging around





Surprised to find a house centipede in here. Climbed all the way up the tube just to get stuck inside..



Thankfully the butterfly is too big to get trapped


Lots of Flies!



I even got to touch the butterfly!.Call me the butterfly wisperer...haha jk..it was probably so drugged up on sarracenia nectar...

I just used my iphone. The pics came out good because it was so bright...otherwise I probably wouldn't have been able to get pics inside the traps.

Nice pictures, Butterflies are very fun to breed. Do not underestimate a sarracenias power at catching large items, one of mine once cauht one that was as big as the enterance to the leaf.

fyi, that was a buckeye butterfly if you were curious.
