I'm wondering how long of a photoperiod temperate CP's should get during dormancy (I plan on using a florescent light).

A slow decrease from your current lighting time to around 12 hours of lighting time should be enough to keep a flytrap dormant

I have heard of people using 12 hour photoperiods in the winter, as pieguy said. If they don't appear to be going dormant, you could go as low as an 10 or even 8 hour photo period without any problems.

After a couple years of growing I'm switching from outside to inside growing (not getting enough hrs of sunlight) and my question is since I do fridge dormancy and my grow room doesn't get below 70 degrees should I put them back outside in October so they enter dormancy or can I just cut down on the light then put them in the fridge?
