Hello everybody! :)
I got a terrarium, a pretty small one. About 40x30x30 (cm) that I'd like to grow my Nepenthes in.
But I need artificial lightning for this and I don't really know what to get. Since I'm only a student I'll be willing to pay up to about 120$ or so.
What do you guys recommend that I buy? Of course I want my Nepenthes to grow as good as possible so I might end up paying more than 120$ but I don't know.

I don't really have any experience when it comes to good artificial lightning so I'd really need som help.
How many lumens is ideal? Should I use both 6400k and 2900k bulbs/tubes? What is best, bulbs or tubes?
I'd be very happy if you could help me out a bit with my silly questions :P

Thanks!

PS. I've been looking at this: http://www.wexthuset.com/vaxtbelysning/ ... -2x24-w-p1
Does it look any good? Sorry that it's in swedish :P

You can use just the 6500K spectrum bulbs or tubes. Since it's in a terrarium, I would be concerned about heat build up. So my advice would be to purchase something that emits low heat. I will try to bring up your thoughts on a lamp tonight through a translator and let you know.
