I wish I could read Portuguese, but google translate helped a little. It looks like a reflector with a 250W Ballast and 250W High Pressure Sodium Bulb. I did not see a price listed.

Here are the specs to the bulb if this is in fact the bulb being sold:

I personally have very little experience with HPS, perhaps someone with a little more knowledge could chime in.

hi cyph3r the price is 100 euros , but i dont know if this temp coler works this is 2000k and i saw ir in the forum the vft like 6500k

any one alredy use high presure lights ?

HPS (high pressure sodium) lamps are indeed geared towards flowering and fruit forming, blooming (as in weed, vegetables for commercial growers), i would not reccommend it for carnivorous plants because u need 5500-6500k and the thing puts out heat as a tarpit in the sahara.

For 100 euros, u way better of just buying T 5's or equivalent.

No problem mate, ive been thinking about it to when i started, but i dont think my dad would like the electricity bill (22 eurocents per kWh)

If i would use it for 16 h a day year round, it would cost me over 300 euros to run a year!
