I've already posted some pics of these same plants here recently, so I hope I'm not making everyone roll their eyes . I'm just loving the vibrant and contrasting colors of my traps so much right now, I can't help from snapping pics trying to capture it! Don't forget to expand them to full size.

Maroon Monsters: FTS Seed Grown. I'm getting excited about these. Their rhizomes were nowhere near the size of my Czech Giant when I planted them last Feb and some of their trap sizes are exceeding the largest my Czech Giant has put out: Red Piranha, Czech Giants, Akai Ryu, and a typical "rescued" from Lowes. (While I'm at it, my Czech Giant was a lot greener at the start of the season, now it's more yellowy green. Cause for concern?): Akai Ryu (In case you hadn't guessed): My favorite; Akai Ryu and Czech Giant again:

Nice variety of colors!

I love the coloration of red some VFTs can get, it's always such an interesting and intense crimson, magenta, or candy apple red even ha! One of my favotire things to do is checking my plants daily to see how much more red they have become throughout the day. Love that Ryu indeed!
