Rooting Cephalotus in vitro is challenging. I've gotten some small roots to grow using auxins in low dosages (0.5 mg/L), but it takes months for it to happen.

Very nice jars of growth there , and yes i am with Matt please share if you will your medium , and procedures , did you start with seed with the nep . look great what nep is it

The best results I have had with the induction of Cephalotus root production was after re-plating them on a media without any PGRs . . .
