Hi all,

I have a little garden bed that I've transformed into a carnivorous plant garden with some VFTs and a few nepenthes also. This issue is that it is against my house, so it receives very little light. To supplement, I'd love to try some artificial lighting powered by solar because around the corner from the garden is a well sunlit area.

I've looked at products like this but am very unsure what would be suitable.

Can anyone give me a recommendation?

A vft and Nepenthes together is not a good idea. Vfts are temperate and expect seasonal changes and a dormancy period while Nepenthes are tropical. Nepenthes will die in the climate a vft likes and a vft will do poorly in a climate that Nepenthes like.

Yep, for sure. I've grown both for years however and have a pretty good handle on their requirements. Understand your concerns though.
