Last spring, one of my WIP Slim Snappers produced this strange leaf + trap. Unfortunately, after a couple of odd ones, the later leaves and traps reverted to normal (albeit tall - per the cultivar) ones. Made me wonder what recessive genes are in some of these plants. :)

My King Henry was doing that as well, though I attributed it to a recent bout with scale and leaf burning from pesticide. I think it's a random developmental deformity more than a genetic trait, like double traps or false vivipary. ImageImage
