I received a Nepenthes Hookeriana yesterday. In shipping the top-most part of the plant had broken. I think it's called the terminal branch. Do I have to do anything or worry? Do I have to do anything?

Will the top growth continue or will the growth begin from another spot on the plant?

If the plant is healthy it should activate another node to continue growing

You may be able to treat the broken-off piece like a cutting and get another plant, depending on how recently it broke.
