Growing medium
If that's pure sphagnum peat moss that you planted them in, be sure to let it dry out until just moist before watering again. It usually retains water for a long time, and Venus Flytraps don't usually like to stay continuously wet; it can cause problems such as rot. A better medium would have plenty of silica sand or perlite in it for aeration and faster drainage and drying.

Raising the soil level
You can add more soil to the pot by tipping it over when the growing medium is wet enough to keep its shape, onto your open palm with fingers spread, carefully avoiding crushing the plants, while you put more growing medium into the bottom of the pot with the other hand, and then carefully incline them both toward each other until you can tip the growing medium with the plants back into the pot. That will elevate the plants closer to the rim. Be careful though! :)
