Thank you for the kind words everyone! After a while, once you really get the hang of what the plants like, it seems like it's just going through the motions the majority of the time. With that said, I still love going into the grow room and noticing something positive that I haven't seen before. Maybe a new cephalotus offshoot starting to break the media a few inches away from the main plant or maybe I notice that a newly opened pitcher has finally started coloring up. It really makes the hobby rewarding.

My favorite from this batch of divisions. Because of its rapid growth from being a relatively new division, it is just now starting to color up under the LED lights.
