what do you mean "Deal with them"??? these spiders are harmless, if anything, that poor spider had to deal with getting squashed under some buttheads plastic bowl!!!
i might not be so friendly with these spiders though


thankfully, never really encounter them, find the occasional redback in the garage... cant recall seeing funnel webs, although i know i have when i was a kid.. but i leave them alone, they leave me alone.

Bah, we eat black widows for breakfast. They stay crunchy, even in milk.
What I don't get is what the guy thought that he was going to do once he trapped the beast under the plastic lid. Just hold him there until he ran out of air?

That isn't a black widow, the first one is related to them, but it's called a redback spider, the 2nd one is a sydney funnel web spider, both are more venomous than a black widow.

Australia got the short end of the stick when it came to venomous creatures! Crazy venomous snakes and spiders there down under!!!

i honestly have never even seen a snake outside of those guys who go around to events with snakes

i think they may be more common to NT and WA

Ur kidding me... I see snakes regularly around my plants in the garden... saw a tiger snake there the other day. Might be cos I live in the country though.

Saw 2 of them last night. TBH I actually like them as they are completely harmless. When I was younger (like 5-7 years old) I used to pick them up in my hands to put them outside... not any more though cos i got fed up with them running up my sleeves.

The worst kind of snakes are actually humans...
They are everywhere!
