One of my leaves are drying out and a new leaf is growing. Is it going to be a pitcher?

The pitchers grow on the ends of the leaves. First the whole leaf grows, then the little up-turned bit at the end grows into a pitcher. Healthy, happy neps make a pitcher on the end of each leaf.
