hey all , I planted a few seed 2 weeks ago , looked down a few min ago and this is how one of them is looking right now , had rough time to find more seeds haha
is it right ?

That's the root sprouting out of the seed. Maybe turn the seed upside down so that the root is touching the substrate, but, yes, that's how it should look.
