As far as the Nepenthes go, you will need a mature pitcher before you can even venture a guess as to the plant. Even then, you will not know for sure. Same thing for the pings, but you will need to wait on a flower.

One problem that I see is that you have Mexican pings and Nepenthes in the same tank as Venus Flytraps. Flytraps need a winter dormancy period that the other plants do not require. Additionally, flytraps have much higher light requirements that Nepenthes. While the pings may do okay with Nepenthes lighting, they won't color up as fully. Enough light to keep a flytrap healthy would burn the Nepenthes leaves.
