Hello,
I'm from Indonesia. And I'm new to TC.
I got lot of highland neps seed. Dubia, talang, inermis, spectabilis, aristo and jamban.
They have been 1,5 month in jar but there are no sign of germination. I use 1/3 MS, 1ml/l PPM and no hormones.
I keep temp around 22-23 C.
Am I doing right for temp? or maybe it need temp drop at night?

I hope I get some help and new friends. I still have some dubia seeds. Maybe someone want to trade with other seeds.

Thanks

I don't know much about TC, but when germinating seeds regularly it's better to have a temperature drop at night. I've also been told that highland species generally take a minimum of 3 months to germinate.

I have generally used 6-BAP at 1 ml/L to get recalcitrant seeds (such as Nepenthes rajah) to germinate; so too 12-24 hour soaks in 250 ppm solutions of GA3, prior to plating, from time to time . . .
