I know you can grow Sphag on the same medium you grow the carnivorous plants on. Plus I had heard maybe it will grow on just water? But could I grow it on just dry Sphag I have around as extra? I wanted to ask before I set up trays for this stuff to grow and find out doing this was some terrible idea.

Here is my live sphag on top of dead sphag. Only a couple weeks old and growing like crazy. It's in a terrarium. And I keep it good and wet by spraying it with a spray bottle a couple times a day.
