I have now bought my TC pressurecocker its the one in the pic and it can take
2,64 gallon / 10 liter. I think the big size off I wont regreat I guess. What do
you think guys ?

regular cooking it says = 109 grader.
fast cooking it says = 116 grader.

You won't regret the size; my canner is a 21 quart. Overbuy and grow into, rather than underbuy and buy twice.
