Editor-in-chief can we have ? Maybe we can have two. We don't need to be rigid, but close to the norm. It is the leader, that knows the english language best, may contribute further and check for plagiarism (taking articles from other sites/forum topics whitout permition is plagiarism). He than release the magazine issue.

If we are not rigid, we don't need a second in command, like a
Managing Editor, which decides who can write and enforce deadlines. But someone atleast will have to approve the materials !

Duty editor can approve the materials (the articles in the magazine).

The writers can be many (his depends on the numbers of pages of the edition of the magazine and a material writen ca be made by a couple of writers, if they wish and can cooperate). Only they can write/add drawings/layout of the pictures, beautifies his own article on that page.
A couple of
contributing editors, which they don't edit their articles (someone else can fix the language mistakes).
