Can anyone help me ? Ive just bought a pinguicula ehler and its currently using an 8watt purple growlight and suddenly one of the leaves is crisp and another one of them looks like its starting to get sick from overwater ? Not clear but please if anyone have insight for me i would be grateful for it :D

I won't be able to help being as I've never owned a ping, but others who can will probably want to see a good photo of the plant to be able to help you. Just trying to speed things up for you in getting help. ;) Btw, welcome to the forum.

Whats the media its potted in? What kind of water are you using(tap, distilled, etc.). How close is the light? How many hours a day is the light on?

Post a photo if you can!
It’s super common for the bottom leaves to deteriorate quickly when pings are transplanted. If you are seeing new growth from the center and it’s only the bottom leaves that are dying and getting crispy I would not be worried yet.

Also search the forum for posts on how to take a leaf pulling. This is the best way to give yourself a backup plant in case the original doesn’t make it.
