They regularly experience hurricanes in the wild, so there's no reason that they couldn't provided their pot isn't blown away.

Mine has been through 2 hurricanes and numerous storms... Their solid little troopers!!!

Mine survived just fine in the 70mph gusts my area had last week. No damage I can see , VFTs & Sundews
