I ordered some cephalotus seeds from the bank. Nothing yet except this. Now I used completely new medium and isolated the pot in a bag. So what it's this stranger?

That looks like a baby Drosera regia to me.
That'll beat a hitchhiking capensis any day of the week.

Unless it came with my order I wouldn't have any way to have a baby Regia. But that's wonderful I will wait and see what develops. I have plenty of cephalotus plants to propagate if the seeds are a bust

I have a baby regia that appeared in a Drosophyllum pot, of all places.
My Droso pot was close to my community D. regia and both were outside all Summer.
I guess a seed escaped and fell into the coarse media and sprouted.

Looks like it could be one of the indica complex, but only time will tell for sure.

My new jerk reaction was Drosera hartmeyerorum…. and I do know you have had seeds of that species before
