Also known as "Slack's Giant", G16 is a giant Venus flytrap clone with excellent deep red coloration on the interior of the traps, and nice upright growth. An absolute stunner of a plant! Late in the year this flytrap always draws our eyes to it with the excellent coloration and extremely large traps. One of our favorite flytraps here at the FlytrapStore, G16 is highly recommended for any flytrap collection!

Seasonal note: G16 develops its coloration variably, and more obviously during the active growing season as the summer progresses. Fun to watch!

Originating from the collection of famous carnivorous plant grower Adrian Slack and sporting upright growth in the spring and turning into a beautiful red rosette by fall, "G16" is a stunning plant with very large traps.

Beautiful and healthy plant and wonderful service all around!!
The plant arrived in wonderful condition. He had only one blackened trap; but, that's to be expected with stress and dormacy. I am just amazed at the care that you guys put into these traps. He already has new traps coming up and has eaten. He already has a few red lashes along with some red tint as well. He has greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much and I look forward to purchasing more traps/other plants in the near future!

Beautiful giant traps
My favorite flytrap. I bought a young G16 about 3 months ago and it's already growing into a monster. Plus great coloration.

Large traps
I ordered a starter plant and the traps are already very large compared to the size of the plant. This thing is going to be a monster!
