- I am not only pleased with the condition my plant arrived in and the thoughtful care sheet provided, but with the customer service! When the tracking info for my package stated "delivered," it had in fact not been delivered at all. Of course, this was the fault of the UPS company and not flytrapstore.com. However, Flytrap Store's Leah Miller expressed great concern and determination in helping me with contacting UPS and attempting to get to the bottom of it. She was extremely patient with my obvious frustration on the matter and was eventually willing to send me a new plant as the package had appeared to be lost. Luckily, that same night she told me so, the package was finally on my front porch (still unsure as to why UPS was so late and why it was processed as delivered days beforehand). Needless to say, I am extremely grateful for how hard she worked in helping me figure everything out and also answering my last minute questions regarding plant care. My plant looks beautiful and I would definitely recommend this company.
