so I wanted a flytrap that was huge and was a good price. I defiantly got what I wanted and more! arrived in two days and I ordered young adult potted and it came with a trap measuring 1 and a 1/4 inch! amazing! and had a hand written note:) Thanks again matt and leah!

I recieved this about 1 1/2 months ago, and it definately lives up to the 'Vigorous' part of its name! It has yet to grow some impressive traps, but I ordered the young plant and hopefully this season or the next we'll see some large traps. I was supposed o recieve one Big Vig, but i didn't get one, I got 2! And as a wierd twist, the pot fell off its shelf, and when i was repoting my 2 Big Vigs, i found a 3rd little guy in there too! I don't know how he got in there, I always cut the flower stalks and check the rhizomes for a new growth crown, but I think Leah threw the extra 2 in there for me to find on purpose! (THANKS, Leah!)

Currently with 16 traps on one plant, beutiful coloration and teeth, and just a very hardy, fast growing Venus Flytrap, if you don't have it, you are missing out!

When I read some reviews about lucky people getting not one, but TWO plants, I did not want that because two seperate pots would of used-up my limited supply of distilled water all the quicker... But when I got two plants, I was very pleased because they were packaged so well, it was actually kind-of hard to open the package up, but a safe plant is better than a dead one. I was super pleased when I read the HAND-WRITTEN (you don't see that much now in the world of e-mail) LETTER, which I thought was super awsome, i had two plants in one pot, potted so perfectly you would of figured it was just one plant was growing lots traps. GREAT SERVICE, I LOVE my new VFTs!!!

Big Vigorous is a VFT with Big traps that grows vigorous. the leaf are either short or tall, but the trap is always big.

Big vigorous has a long extensive root system, and a good healthy rhizome,readdy to grow, if coming from the FTS!
