Alba is a special variety of Drosera capensis that is prized for its lack of coloration other than the green of the chlorophyll.
Drosera capensis is one of the easiest carnivorous plants for beginners and has no dormancy requirement.

These are fun easy plants to growI have six of these big fellas that I've bought within the year, they have already all flowered at least once each (some twice) and I now have four new seedlings popping up. Very little to moderate maintenance, just give them water and they clear out all fruit flies and gnats ... This was a great addition to my collection!

Everything...PERFECTI ordered this sundew and it arrived WITHIN a week. It was stuningly packaged, so only the TINIEST amount of dirt got on the plant. It made new dewdrops to replace the old OVERNIGHT and the next day when I checked on it in the afternoon it had already caught a LIVE fly!!! It is all-green except for the tentacles which have a light pink coloration.

Doesn't get any betterI expected a smaller plant, all dirty from the media going all over it with shipping, but what I got looked like it never shipped. No stress, no mess, just unwrapped and stuck under the lights.
