FTS Archangel is a deep-red flytrap with an extraordinarily arched "back," and can display varied coloration with shades of yellows, greens and reds. It boasts uniquely shorter "teeth" and grows nicely and neatly upright in the spring and summer, with not too much tall growth. It can produce traps that are quite large on the shorter than normal leaves, which creates an interesting look.

Is one I’ve been wanting to catch but missed and glad I was finally able to snag one, these are some beautiful plants! Has every feature I love from different VFTs combined into one! Nice deep arches, dentate-ish cilia and the gorgeous red,yellow and green marbling like maroon monster, perfect VFT!Posted on

only 4 reviews so far?. Not sure why. Possibly the nicest trap here?Not sure why this guy hasn't gotten as much attention as some of the other plants. It's so unique and just gorgeous! Maybe it's hard to cultivate or something? Anyway, glad I grabbed one while they were still in stock. Got a starter plant, but i can already see where this guy is going. Has that cool arch, the dente-like or "sharp" teeth with the color/contrast of a Royal Red or a Maroon Monster. That's basically the perfect VFT IMO. And not something you'll find at other places. So if you're lucky enough to visit this page when Matt and Leah have some in stock, just buy it and thank me later.

Beautiful and colorful I can't wait for spring!Managed to snag a young adult last week, very pretty plant so far! I probably won't get to see it put on a show for a while since dormancy is approaching but I look forward to the spring!

My favorite!This plant is stunning! Mine is very young and despite its diminutive size, it is still an absolute eye catcher! I can not wait to see what unfolds this growing season. I love the unique shape of the traps, the pretty cilia, and especially the neat growth habit of this clone. On top of everything else, it is a very vigorous plant. It started sending out new traps immediately after arrival.
