Not carnivorous plant related, but...
You know you're a Chef, a Baker, and/or a food nerd when you get excited about measuring spoons.
Aren't they cool though?
Magnetic and nesting! Awesome! My wife spoils me with plants AND kitchen utensils. I think I'll keep her. (After 26 years, I think I better keep her)

Now I'm no baking/food nerd, but those are INDEED some sexy measuring spoons.

Got the same set off Amazon, easy to clean and yet to rust from my dishwasher

Separate but magnetic spoons are a thoughtful invention. I never kept spoons on a ring.

I have a red set and a white set, and often have both sets going on big cooking days. Even with the double-ended scoops, sometimes I want a clean spoon if I've just measured syrup and now need to measure powder.

I put a cutting board on my counter to queue up the spoons and measuring cups and hold the dirty ones. All in one place. Easy to find when it's time to measure the baking powder, and easy to move the whole lot to the sink.
