I noticed my n Gaya has these yellow spotting on the leaves. Does anyone know what caused this? And also I noticed some white mold looking stuff in one of the older pitchers. Will it harm the plant?

Most of the time mold inside pitchers is fine. The mold usually forms because of the nectar.

That might be powdery mildew, you can amputate the pitcher to avoid a full scale infection.
