Some of my monstera leaves have some yellow on them. Is this bad?

The pics I looked at showed a bit of yellow dependent on variations maybe. but my guess would be it needs water they’re Tropical and invasive in Hawaii so it might be thirsty.

I’ve never grown monstera except from a large plant. When they are small, do the leaves lack the holes typically associated with Monstera ?
