I’ve been inactive for quite the time and I’ve kicked off to a rough start, having to start over with the plants that didn’t die during winter.
About the mixed rosettes, what are the species?

There's rosettes (obviously), and some filiformis var. floridana: slight-changes-modifications-and-additions-t54333.html
Capillaris, collinsae, nidiformis, snyderi, spatulata, tokaiensis, "ultramafica fakes", ultramafica x spatulata, and filiformis "Florida Red"

Not necessarily. That was the first batch to gauge interest, and it was pulled from a availability to make sure that requests for it could be fulfilled.
There may be some of those first seeds in with the next batch (they got mixed) that was donated, but they'll be predominantly D. roraima, Spat Gumfields, D.collinsiae, and ultramafica x Spat. There is a possibility of burmannii "Perlata" and Fake Ultramafica, but no guarantee.

I have resent the SASE. It seems like 8 days is a bit too much for an envolope

Sometimes. One of the last ones I did took seven days to get to me, and the USPS seems to go through phases.
Last year there was a period where envelopes were taking 10+ days to go each way in the US. There was one instance where I sent an envelope to London, England and Colorado on the same day, and the international one made it all the way across the pond first.
