Yeah, they should keep for a while that way. I've just been tossing mine back in the envelope so far personally, but I think I read a Chefpost once saying he keeps the seed bank stuff in the fridge which honestly probably is a better practice than just leaving them out. I'd probably just make sure they're sealed somehow if you do so they don't get damp from condensation or anything.
