Did you send me older or newer seeds?

The oldest seeds get sent out first.
That being said, even if they were the oldest seeds, they were only from 2018, so you should still get some good germination. Most Drosera seeds hold onto viability for years.

2019. Donated by Matt, the excess from his hand pollination project and open pollinated VFT's from that year. So far people are reporting all green to deep red, showing many different characteristics.

Yessssss success germinated one seed.

The first one up! Wait a few more weeks, and usually more will come up.
