I don't know if you want me to specify a complex cross or otherwise. If it could be something that isn't a straight flava cross, that would be great but I will appreciate anything. I forgot to add a bonus to my July order (#100) so if you wanted to toss in some spatulata, I wouldn't complain.

If you want suggestions on the crosses I would like, I like any of the following:
Sarr 010) (Flava var atropurpurea x flava var ornata "big lemon") x (flava var atropurpurea x flava var ornata)
Sarr 006) Oreophila x Leah Wilkerson clone C x Leigha Simone
Sarr 016) Sarracenia 'Lynda Butt' Open Pollinated

Order received.
Your order number is 0106.
I'll PM you shortly with a mailing address for your SASE.
Thank you for your order.

For Sarracenia or Dionaea seeds, I strongly suggest you use a 70 cent non-machinable stamp on your return envelope. (The inside one) For Drosera, Pinguicula, and Utricularia seeds, the extra postage is not necessary.
If you can't find a non-machinable stamp, I suggest a forever stamp plus a 15 cent stamp or two regular forever stamps on your return envelope.
The USPS machinery loves to crush those seeds.

Reminder to all:
Please remember return address on all envelopes.
Please remember to write your Forum username and order number somewhere on the envelope or in a note.
I don't have access to a cross reference of real-world names linked to usernames.
Remembering these things helps me fill orders quicker.
Thank you.

Happy growing,
Dean

Order received. The Sarracenia are in paper towel and in the fridge for stratification. The spatulata are in distilled water in a vial and on the porch to germinate.

Everything looked good when it came in but it looks like it did run through at least one machine.

Effing morons! Can't even abide by their own procedures. I literally just had a conversation with the local post office supervisor about this exact thing. He assured me that this isn't supposed to happen, but it all depends on how lazy they are in Nashville that day. We now know that they were very lazy on August 5th.
I'm just going just have to start padding things better whether there's extra postage for non machinable or not.
Thanks for letting me know.

The packaging you did with the paper towel sandwich worked great. It was obviously machined but the seeds were in great condition. I'll probably include my own packaging next time just to save you the hassle.
