carnivorous plant s can not distinguish between food or pay there whats is call a opportunist catcher of pray, so any thing that gets in the range of traps or capture abilities it will recta's and try to eat it ,as the pic shows, , my nepenthe pitchers have caught rats in my green house as well many lizards and very large cockroaches as well .

If the trap can seal fully, there is a chance, very small. Since the trap can't seal it will probably die, but so worth it for the pic!
