Will my room lights mess up carnivorous plant day/night cycle?

I stay up a long time after the grow lights go out, and I am worried the light of the room will mess up my plant's day and night cycle. The light is really dim in their part of the room though.

It depends on the plants, how frequently it happens, and for how long. I have a nep that I had under lights 24x5 and then off for two days (in my office) for several months and it was pretty happy. I wouldn't recommend it on a permanent basis and I do know that there are some plants that are more sensitive than others. The good news is that you aren't going to do permanent damage so watch the plants and if they show signs of stress modify the environment.

They are flytraps, sundews, and a nep. I am trying to keep the lights off in that room as much as possible.
