why no nepenthes lowii x hamata?#358360

those are both of my favorite species so i'm wondering why I haven’t seen any hybrids between the two. is it because of genetics? I really have no idea!

I’ve wondered that too. My best guess is that they can’t get them both to bloom at the same time or at least at similar times.

that's a good question! I've seen (spec x low) x ham but not ham x low... strange indeed
