I've got 2 nepenthes that I got almost a year ago at a garden center which are growing on my South facing window in 20C and 60% humidity. When I got them they didn't say what variety they were. One I think is a N. Sanguinea and the other idk. Also the one which I don't know has what I think are basil shoots which would make sense as the plant did get its leaves quite red which I heard can cause basil shoots to form.

Photos of the first one are a bit dark, but it looks like 'Rebecca Soper'. Some Dutch nurseries sell it as sanguinea, for some reason. The second one is 'Gaya'.
They are called basal shoots, by the way! :D

For the basil shoots should I just wait till their big enough and cut them off and plant them like others say online?

Yep. Once they are big enough for you to handle and remove from the main stem without too much trouble you can detach them and root them. You will want to provide an environment with high humidity for a month or so as the plant puts out its own roots. Naturally, when you have high humidity you run the risk of mold so be sure to regularly refresh the air and watch it closely for mold.
