I’m seeing this hoard of insects in my plant recently.

There was a white soft growth which I though was fungus so I removed it and put activated charcoal which made the insects more visible.

Hard to tell from the pic, but quite possibly springtails. They cause no harm, so he need to worry. Although I am not sure activated charcoal is entirely good for the plants.
