Is it a type of Drosera ? It’s flowers don’t resemble any filiformis flower stalks I’ve seen before in my collection. Thanks in advance.

Looks like Drosera indica complex, maybe D. serpens (I'm not familiar with these sundews).

If there is a distinct petiole without tentacles, it's probably D. serpens.

Definitely in the indica complex. There is a good article here which may help you identify which species you have. How you got it, well that's another story.
