I have no idea, but its leaves are filled with water that's why the big ones get so top heavy. I have read about people drinking cactus juice to survive the desert.

One thing to be aware of: The people who put these pots together do it for appearance (as witnessed by the painted cactus), not because the plants have similar needs. I'd suggest checking the various individual requirements and see if they need to be separated. You might run the whole thing past the folks here:
