i was looking at a newly opened trap and i saw that it had 8 trigger hairs any explanations for this????

Yeah, I think that they usually have that amount of trigger hairs.

No, he meant it's NOT uncommon, meaning that it is common. My trap is still young, so I can't tell how many hairs are on the traps.
