My California Carnivores 'Norma' cephalotus is jam-packed with 'weeds'... Utrics and a couple types of drosera and moss.

What is the best method for weeding this poor plant?

I use a hemostat.
There is a science and surplus store in town that sells them very cheap.
You can also get them at Amazon.
