Ever since I brought how a Judith Hindle, the growth on it and all my other sarracenias, have been looking stunted. Is this the result of a viral infection or something else?

That looks like damage caused by thrips. Mine are going through the same thing.

could be from a long list of bugs, most likely one of the sap-sucking insects.

Pest infection of some sort , if you cant identify it specifically, spray with a systemic insecticide such as Bayer Bug Clear.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I was preparing for the worst and was thinking about throwing these guys away. Glad to hear that it's not that extreme. Would neem oil cure what ails them?

I can't see any pests in the photo and sometimes my plants make an odd "leaf" like that for seemingly no reason.

I have never used Neem oil, but pretty much any insecticide that is designated to work on the pests you ID (when you actually see them) would work fine.
