Does anyone know what species this Sarracenia is. Each pitcher appears to be a different size and shape

It sorta looks like the Judith Hindle hybrid. I need to see mature pitchers to make a positive ID.

Google "sarracenia judith hindle" and look at pictures. It's a pretty plant.

I keep it outside all day I just bring it in for a few hours to cool off and catch some flies

If it is outside, unless you are in an area with some extraordinary conditions, I would leave it outdoors, it will catch enough flies to keep it happy.
