Green Cephalotus

Hello,
I got 2 Cephalotus like 1,5 year ago, both same source, both same soil, same light, litteraly side by side. They never got sick and are growing indoor under a led lights pannel, no dormancy. I water them a little regularily from the top but not too wett, never standing in a tray of water (too scared of molds/mildiew).
The thing is one gets some reddish color (cf third pic) when the other one always remained green (2 first pics).
Is it because of genetic or any sign of a problem ?
NB : the "colored one" tend to grow several small pitchers when "Mister Green" is more growing some big pitchers and a way more leaves.
I did propagate the redish one from a pitcher and you can see it gets enough light to get colored :
