Is it okay to repot a sarracenia if it is already producing a new trap?

I've done it many times without issue. I suppose if you're not careful when handling the plant, you could potentially impact the growth of the new pitcher.

Go for it like xanthoparmelia says it is fine just be diligent when planting to avoid breaking the new pitcher. If your Sarracenias are anything like mine it will take more than a broken pitcher to slow them down. :) good growing!
